Welcome to Trakker. These terms govern the use of our management platform for coaches. By registering, you accept these conditions without reservation.
1. Usage Requirements
To use Trakker, you declare that:
- You are over 18 years old.
- You use the platform for professional purposes (personal training).
- The information you provide is truthful and up to date.

3. Subscription and Payments
3.1. Trial Period
We offer a 30-day free trial with no commitment. No credit card is required to start the trial.
3.2. Price
After the trial, the service costs €3 per active client/month (plus applicable taxes).
3.3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the end of the current month, the service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days.
4. Intellectual Property and Data
- Trakker: We own the platform's code, design, brand and algorithms.
- Your Data: You own your clients' data and the training plans you create. Trakker does not claim ownership over your coaching know-how.
5. Service Availability
We strive to keep the service available 24/7. However, we rely on third-party providers (Vercel, Supabase) and cannot guarantee 100% uptime free from technical interruptions.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any conflict arising from the use of the platform, both parties submit to the courts of the Trakker owner's domicile in Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply.
